We’re going to get things started by performing an initial, in-depth evaluation and website audit (for Website Care Plus & Pro customers). This allows us to best understand the biggest opportunities that exist with your website. Once we’ve completed that – we will jump on a call with you, going over what we’ve found, walking through the next steps.
What we need – we’ll need administrator access to your website & current web hosting to complete our evaluation.
First 30 Days
In the first 30 days we’ll get your website running faster, fixing critical issues and getting it up to date so that we can start to work through the action items we discussed as part of our evaluation.
On-going Support

Why do I need a WP maintenance plan when my website has been fine up until now?

Can I have more than one website under the same maintenance plan?
We tailor each maintenance plan for a specific website, so each website needs a separate plan, but if you operate multiple sites, we can work with you to maximize your hours budget to cover all sites.
How is support communication handled?
All support requests can be sent to [email protected]. When we onboard you and go over our Service Level Agreement, we go over just how easy the process is in greater detail.
Can I come to you with new requests or features and not be billed additionally for discovery?
Yes! Unlike most other maintenance plans, we don’t charge for this. We value you as a customer, and we understand that your requirements may be constantly evolving. Whether recommending an off-the-shelf solution or starting the process for a custom build, we’d love to chat about what solution can meet your needs.
My plan allows for a certain workload. Can you take on more hours or another project?
Yes! Unlike maintenance-only agencies, our development shop has the bandwidth to also work on larger projects like new features and redesigns. As long as it fits within your hours for the month, we will get it done with no time cap per request.
Do hours roll over each month?
No, however, you can provide our team a schedule of requests ahead of time and allot hours for larger updates or initiatives.
How often are updates run?
Our team runs WordPress updates on your core WordPress, plugins and themes once a month. Complex plugins such as WooCommerce, page builders and membership plugins are ran once per 2 months.
Our team receives vulnerability reports immediately and will patch any updates containing security vulnerabilities within 24 hours.
Do I need to sign-up for a long-term contract?
No! Our WordPress maintenance plans are available month to month. Although We want you to stay because you want to, not because you have to.
How are website backups handled and stored?
We use a redundant backup system so that daily backups are created by the server each day.
The backups are stored separately from your website files so if anything does happen to your website, your backups are safe.
We store our own backups with a reputable and reliable backup provider separate from the web server’s backups.
