The primary challenge was to create a dynamic and personalized landing page experience that resonates with Egged employees.
The page needed to display relevant job openings and messages, enable easy sharing of these opportunities, and integrate seamlessly with Egged’s CRM system for efficient tracking and management of referrals and applications.
We developed a highly personalized and technology-driven landing page with the following features:
The new landing page significantly enhanced Egged’s employee engagement and recruitment strategy. The landing page has successfully generated numerous employee referrals and streamlined the recruitment process through its CRM integration.
